Referral Program Terms and Conditions

V1.4 Active 16/03/2026

For the duration of this Referral Program, from 16th March 2026 until 30th April 2026, any individual whose Referee completes registration and funds their ISA, GIA or SIPP Account with InvestEngine will qualify for up to £200 in ‘Referral Funding’ for both the Referrer and Referee, or up to £400 for a Business Account, provided they both meet the terms and conditions below.

Referrer: In order to refer a friend, you must have already created and registered an InvestEngine Client Account, as well as invested in an InvestEngine Portfolio with at least £100 of your own money (excluding other promotional offers) prior to making the referral.

Referee (Friend): A Referee must be a new customer and have not previously registered with InvestEngine or used our services in the past.

The Referrer and Referee must both, in InvestEngine’s reasonable opinion, be capable of being accepted as a customer of InvestEngine, in accordance with the requirements of InvestEngine’s Standard Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. The Referral Program is only valid for the first twenty‑five (25) referrals made by the Referrer. A Referrer may make more than twenty‑five referrals, but these will not result in Referral Funding for either the Referrer or the Referee.

To benefit from this Referral Program, the Referrer must complete an InvestEngine referral for a valid Referee by:

  • Clicking the ‘refer a friend’ button on the InvestEngine platform to receive their unique referral link.
  • Sharing their unique referral link with a Referee.
  • Ensuring the Referee clicks on the link and proceeds to register as usual.
  • Having the Referee complete registration in accordance with the requirements of InvestEngine’s Standard Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws.

Only referrals that are accepted by the InvestEngine referral system will count. Self‑referrals are not accepted.

Following the completion of the Referee’s registration with InvestEngine and investment into their Portfolio of £100, we will reveal your Referral Funding amount as below and add the Referral Funding into both the Referrer’s and Referee’s designated Portfolios. The Referrer must also have at least £100 funded in their respective account. We will seek to complete this within two Business Days; however, it may take up to five or more Business Days during busy periods. If your Referral Funding has not been received within five Business Days, please contact our Support team. Corporate customers will not be able to invest without a valid LEI.

The Referral Funding amount is generated by our internal system and will be displayed to the Referrer and Referee respectively via our platform and confirmed via their respective emails. Once a Referral Funding amount has been revealed, it cannot be changed. In case of any system error where there is a mismatch between the Referral Funding awarded and that which the Referrer or Referee expects, InvestEngine will honour the amount reflected in its system only.

The Referral Funding amount is randomly generated based on the following weightings:

Due to the randomised nature of generation, the actual distributed awards may differ from the weightings above.

Following investment, both the Referee and Referrer must remain invested for a minimum of 12 months from the date they receive the Referral Funding, maintaining a minimum net investment funding of £100 plus the value of the Referral Funding. Other promotional rewards do not count towards this total. Failure to comply with the above requirements shall result in InvestEngine reclaiming an amount equal to the value of the Referral Funding from the Referrer’s and Referee’s Client Accounts.

If a referral bonus is not automatically credited, the referrer or referee must provide relevant account details upon request for verification. Failure to provide the necessary details may result in the forfeiture of the bonus. By participating in the referral program, users acknowledge that eligibility verification may require sharing certain information.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions for this Referral Program at any time or withdraw the program in its entirety without notice, for reasons practical, operational, or otherwise. We reserve the right to disqualify bonuses, rewards, or any promotional amount earned through fraudulent, illegal, or abusive methods. This offer is subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions and the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall exclusively be submitted to and dealt with by the competent court in England and Wales. Should there be any material conflict between the terms of this offer and the Standard Terms and Conditions, the Standard Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Updated Terms and Conditions for the Funding Bonus
Active 30/10/2024

The following Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) apply to the Funding Incentive (‘Offer’) provided by InvestEngine (UK) Limited (‘InvestEngine,’ ‘we,’ ‘us,’ or ‘our’). By participating in the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Eligibility 1.1 The Offer is open to individuals who have signed up for an InvestEngine account but have not yet completed the full registration and approval process, provided they have received the promotional email containing the Offer (‘Eligible Customers’). 1.2 Eligible Customers must be residents of the United Kingdom and aged 18 years or over.

  2. Offer Details 2.1 Eligible Customers who have received the promotional email and make an investment in their InvestEngine portfolio by the date specified in the email will receive a bonus credited to their InvestEngine account. The amount of the Bonus will vary for different customers and will be specified in the promotional email sent to each customer. 2.2 The Bonus will be credited to your InvestEngine account as soon as possible after your investment clears and your account is approved. If you have not received your bonus within 30 days of meeting the criteria, please contact us at support@investengine.com. 

  3. How to Participate 3.1 Receive the promotional email sent by InvestEngine with details of the Offer. 3.2 Complete any remaining registration steps and ensure your account is approved, if not already done. 3.3 Make an investment in your InvestEngine portfolio by the date specified in the email. Corporate customers will not be able to invest without a valid LEI.

  4. Bonus Conditions 4.1 The Bonus is limited to one per Eligible Customer. 4.2 The Bonus is non‑transferable and cannot be withdrawn for 12 months from the date it’s credited to your account. 4.3 Following your investment, you must remain invested for a minimum of 12 months from the date you receive the Bonus, maintaining a minimum net investment of £100 plus the Bonus amount. Failure to meet these requirements may result in InvestEngine reclaiming the Bonus.

  5. General 5.1 The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other InvestEngine promotional offers. 5.2 InvestEngine reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Offer, in part or in full, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. 5.3 Any decision made by InvestEngine regarding the Offer is final and binding.

  6. Limitation of Liability 6.1 InvestEngine accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred as a result of participation in the Offer.

  7. Governing Law 7.1 This offer and its terms are subject to our Standard Terms & Conditions and these terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Partner Rewards Terms and Conditions

From time‑to‑time new customers who successfully open and fund an account with InvestEngine through a Partner Link or Promo Code will qualify for a Partner Reward to be added to their chosen portfolio provided they meet the terms and conditions below.

The offer is only open to new customers and only applies to one Portfolio per customer. Those New Customers qualifying for a Partner Reward will not qualify for any other InvestEngine Welcome Bonus scheme currently operating.

For the purpose of these terms ‘New Customers’ are individuals who:

  • have successfully opened and funded an account with InvestEngine and chosen a Portfolio;
  • have not previously opened an account with InvestEngine or have used our services in the past; and
  • have arrived at InvestEngine’s landing page via a tracked Partner Link or inputted a Promo code up to 90 days after first funding an account, or at any point during the opening an account process.
  • in InvestEngine’s reasonable opinion, are capable of being accepted as a customer of InvestEngine, in accordance with the requirements of InvestEngine’s Standard Terms and Conditions and all applicable law.

InvestEngine reserves the right to cancel any Client Accounts which do not meet these criteria.

An individual or business will be considered to have opened and funded an account if they have:

  • completed the InvestEngine risk questionnaire if required;
  • provided all requisite information about themselves or the business as required by our onboarding process;
  • agreed to our Standard Terms and Conditions and any accompanying documentation;
  • provided details for a valid nominated bank account; and
  • Funded the relevant minimum amount as specified by the relevant Partner or where no minimum is specified, the Minimum Portfolio level;

Following the opening and funding of an account with InvestEngine, we will fund the amount eligible under the reward amount as specified by the Partner into the New Customers' designated Portfolio (a ‘Partner Reward’). We will seek to complete this within two Business Days, however it may take up to 5 or more Business Days during busy periods. If your bonus has not been received within 5 Business Days, please contact our Support team. Business customers will not be able to invest without a valid LEI.

The New Customer must maintain a minimum net investment of the Minimum Portfolio level (£100) or the minimum amount as specified by the relevant Partner, whichever is higher (not including any bonuses, reward or any other promotional amount offered by InvestEngine) for a minimum of 12 months from the date they funded their account.

You will only be eligible for a Partner Reward where use of your Partner Link or Promo Code has been successfully tracked by our tracking provider, Impact. Disabling cookies, using adblockers or switching computers/browsers may affect Impact’s ability to track your use of the Partner Link and you will not be entitled to the Partner Reward.

Failure to comply with the above requirements shall result in InvestEngine reclaiming an amount equal to the value of the Partner Reward. The Minimum Portfolio limit as referred to in our Standard Terms and Conditions applies where relevant. Failure to meet our Standard Terms and Conditions may result in the closure of your Client Account.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions for our Partner Reward program at any time or withdraw the program in its entirety without notice, for reasons practical, operational or otherwise. We reserve the right to disqualify bonuses, rewards or any promotional amount earned through fraudulent, illegal or abusive methods. This offer is subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions and the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall exclusively be submitted to and dealt with by the competent court in England and Wales. Should there be any material conflict between the terms of this offer and the Standard Terms and Conditions, the Standard Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

12 month Fee Free Managed Service Reward Terms and Conditions

This offer is valid from 31st August 2025 – 28th February 2026.

New Customers who register their e‑mail address when signing up for an account with InvestEngine after visiting the promotional landing page available via the promotional link, will qualify for the 12 month Fee Free Managed Service Reward provided they meet the terms and conditions below. Accounts opened via any other route will not qualify under this offer.

The offer is only open to new customers and only applies to one account per customer. Those New Customers qualifying for the 12 month Fee Free Managed Service Reward will not qualify for any other InvestEngine Welcome or Affiliate Bonus scheme currently operating.

For the purpose of these terms ‘New Customers’ are individuals or Businesses who:

  • have registered their e‑mail address when signing up for an account
  • have not previously opened an account with InvestEngine or used our services in the past; and

The fee‑free offer can’t be combined with any other offers/bonuses, apart from the tax year end bonus.

Following the registration of their e‑mail address in the account opening process, with InvestEngine, we will waive the Managed Portfolio fee/s for the New Customers' Managed Portfolios for the next 12 months from the date of their e‑mail address being registered. If you are incorrectly charged a Managed Portfolio fee, please contact our Support team. Corporate customers will not be able to invest without a valid LEI.

After 12 months, your Managed Portfolio/s will be subject to our annual fee at our standard rate, which is currently 0.25% per annum. Investment costs are not covered as part of the offer which include ETF charges, taken by the ETF provider, and market spread (the difference between the price we buy and sell investments). If you invest into a Managed Portfolio/s within a SIPP, our SIPP fee is not covered as part of this reward. Full details of our costs are available on our costs page here.

You will only be eligible for the 12 month Fee Free Managed Service Reward, where use of the promotional link has been successfully tracked through our promotional page. Disabling cookies, using adblockers or switching computers/browsers may affect our ability to track your use of the promotional link and you will not be entitled to the 12 month Fee Free Managed Service Reward. It is not the responsibility of InvestEngine to maintain or update the promotional link and we reserve the right to refuse to honour the reward where the promotional link has expired, is incorrect or the partnership has ceased.

January 2026 £50k prize draw

Terms & Conditions

  1. The Prize Draw (the ‘Prize Draw’) is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who, signed up and funded at least £100 and/or successfully referred a friend to InvestEngine during the competition period ‑ 00:00 14th January to 23:59 2nd March 2026 (the ‘Competition Period’).
  2. Exclusions. Employees of InvestEngine (UK) Limited, their immediate family members, or anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.
  3. Acceptance of terms. By entering, entrants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
  4. How to enter:
    1. New customers: Sign up and fund at least £100 counts as one competition entry
    2. New & existing customers: each successful referral to InvestEngine counts as one competition entry. Referrals must follow our Referral Program Terms and Conditions
    3. Funding and referrals must occur between 00:00 14th January to 23:59 2nd March 2026 ‑ entries received outside the Competition Period will not be eligible.
  5. New customers. For the purpose of these terms ‘New Customers’ are individuals who:
    • have successfully opened and funded an account with InvestEngine and chosen a Portfolio;
    • have not previously opened an account with InvestEngine or have used our services in the past; and
    • in InvestEngine’s reasonable opinion, are capable of being accepted as a customer of InvestEngine, in accordance with the requirements of InvestEngine’s Standard Terms and Conditions and all applicable law.

  6. Queries. Questions about entering should be directed to our customer service team at support@investengine.com.
  7. The prize. One winner will receive £50,000 credited to their InvestEngine account.
  8. Winner selection. A single winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries by 16 March 2026.
  9. Notification & fulfilment.
    1. The winner will be notified by email within five working days of the draw.
    2. The £50,000 prize will be applied to the winner’s InvestEngine account by 30th March 2026
    3. InvestEngine must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation InvestEngine will send the first name and county of winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails support@investengine.com within one month of the closing date of the prize draw.
    4. If you object to your first name, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact InvestEngine by emailing support@investengine.com. In such circumstances, InvestEngine must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  10. Variation & termination. We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or withdraw the Prize Draw at any time for practical, operational, or other reasons. We may disqualify any entry obtained by fraudulent, illegal, or abusive means.
  11. Governing terms. This offer is subject to our Standard Terms & Conditions and the laws of England and Wales. In the event of conflict, the Standard Terms & Conditions prevail.

‘Win a free Female Invest membership’ Social Media Prize Draw (‘Draw’) Terms and Conditions

  1. By entering this Draw, you are agreeing to these Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions (‘Promotional Offer T & Cs’).

The promoter

  1. The promoter of this Draw is InvestEngine trading as InvestEngine (UK) Limited, 3rd Floor Harling House, 47 – 51 Great Suffolk Street, London, United Kingdom, SE1 0BS (‘InvestEngine’).

How to enter & who can enter?

  1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, ‘The Promoter’ refers to InvestEngine whose Instagram handle is @investengine. The ‘Prize’ refers to one hundred (100) free Female Invest memberships.
  2. By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 23.59pm on 28th February 2026. One hundred (100) winners in Great Britain and Northern Ireland will be selected at random by The Promoter on 1st March 2026 and the winner will be notified on or after this date.
  3. The Promoters competitions with entry via Instagram are open only to residents of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. One hundred (100) winners will be chosen at random from all entrants on Instagram.
  4. No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
  5. Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
  6. Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
  7. Instagram or Meta are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
  8. Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.
  9. Each entrant shall enter the competition via Instagram by liking the post, tagging another Instagram user in the comments of the specified post, and following the @investengine instagram profile.
  10. The Prize will be awarded to 100 randomly selected winners who have entered on Instagram, using a random number generator. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
  11. The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
  12. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
  13. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
  14. Prizes are non‑negotiable, non‑transferable and non‑refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
  15. The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and may be shared with Female Invest to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
  16. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
  17. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  18. The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promoter after the winner has been selected.

Who cannot enter this Draw?

  1. You cannot enter this Draw if you are:
    1. an employee of InvestEngine;
    2. an employee of an affiliate of InvestEngine, who works for InvestEngine’s line of business;
    3. a contractor, secondee or contingent worker of InvestEngine, or an affiliate of InvestEngine who provides services to InvestEngine’s line of business;
    4. an employee, contractor, secondee or contingent worker of agents or suppliers of InvestEngine who are professionally connected with the Draw or its administration.
  2. All entries received after the Entry Close Date are automatically disqualified.
  3. InvestEngine will not accept responsibility if your entry is incomplete or delayed, for example, as a result of any hardware or software failure or technical malfunction. Also, proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt of an entry into the Draw.
  4. InvestEngine will not accept entries that are incomplete or submitted by any method other than set out in these Promotional Offer T & Cs.
  5. InvestEngine may disqualify you if you breach any of these Promotional Offer T & Cs or act dishonestly in relation to this Draw or at their own discretion where deemed necessary.

What is the prize?

  1. The 100 winners will be randomly chosen by 1st March 2026 by InvestEngine and receive a free Female Invest membership to their email:

Winners

  1. All valid entries will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win the Prize.
  2. The winners will be chosen at random by 1st March 2026.
  3. InvestEngine will notify the winner by contacting the winner by sending an Instagram DM to the winning Instagram accounts by 31st March 2026. It is your responsibility to ensure you check your message and respond to accept the prize.
  4. In order to claim the Prize, the winner must respond to InvestEngine’s message by accepting the Prize and providing any information requested by InvestEngine, within 5 days of being notified.
  5. InvestEngine will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner fails to claim the Prize, they will forfeit the Prize and InvestEngine may redraw a new winner. InvestEngine will contact any replacement winner/s as soon as possible after the redraw and they will have 5 days to respond to the notification by accepting the Prize and providing any information requested by InvestEngine.
  6. The decision of InvestEngine is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

Receiving the prize

  1. A unique code to claim the free Female Invest membership will be sent via Instagram DM to the winners once acceptance of the Prize has been received.
  2. The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on the winner’s behalf.
  3. InvestEngine does not accept any responsibility if winners are not able to take up the Prize.

Data protection

  1. InvestEngine must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation InvestEngine will send the first name and county of winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails support@investengine.com within one month of the closing date of the prize draw.
  2. If you object to your first name, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact InvestEngine by emailing support@investengine.com. In such circumstances, InvestEngine must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

General

  1. The Prize Draw (the ‘Prize Draw’) is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who, at the time of entry, hold an active InvestEngine account and who submit a completed response to InvestEngine’s InvestEngine Customer Research Survey during the Survey Period.

  4. How to enter:

3. The bonus tiers

The Tax‑Year End bonuses are calculated throughout the promotional period with bonuses paid as the client reaches the relevant contribution tiers below. The bonus figure per tier is a total bonus amount that a client would receive during the promotion based on their total cumulative contributions at the time. For example, if you add £5,000 you’ll get £25 then if you add another £15,000 to get to £20,000 you’ll get another £85 making it £110 in total.

4. Net Contributions compared with Account Value

Net Contribution is not the same as the account value and does not include any bonuses, reward or any other promotional amount offered by InvestEngine.

For example, if an account’s Net Contribution is £4,999, but due to performance the value as at the Promotional Period End is £5,005, the reward will be £0. Conversely, if the Net Contribution is £5000 but the value as at the Promotional Period End is £4999, the bonus will be £25.

5. When will you receive the bonus?

The bonus will be funded into the Customer’s InvestEngine General Cash account as the various bonus tiers are reached.

  • If the tier is reached by a top‑up contribution, then the bonus will be automatically paid within 21 business days.
  • For any bonuses that are earned by transfers reaching a tier, the bonus will be paid within 21 business days from the date when the transfer completes and the funds are received into a Customer’s InvestEngine account.

If you initiate a transfer during the Promotional Period but it completes after 30 April 2026, you will still qualify, provided the transfer request was submitted during the Promotional Period.

6. Keeping your bonus (12‑Month Requirement)

To retain the bonus, the customer must keep their account funded with a minimum amount equivalent to their Net Contribution as it stood when they received their bonus, for a period of 12 months from when the bonus was received.

If the customer withdraws below the Net Contribution for the highest tier where they received a bonus, InvestEngine shall reclaim an amount equal to the value of the Tax‑Year End bonus from the Customer’s account.

The New Customer will not be eligible for a lower band of Bonus if the Net Contribution drops into another band.

Failure to meet our Standard Terms and Conditions may result in removal of promotional bonus and/or the closure of your Client Account.

7. Right to change the Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions for our 2026 Tax‑Year End bonus promotion at any time or withdraw the promotion in its entirety without notice, for reasons practical, operational or otherwise.

We reserve the right to disqualify bonuses, rewards or any promotional amount earned through fraudulent, illegal or abusive methods. This offer is subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions and the laws of England and Wales.

The bonus is not transferable and this promotion cannot be combined with other offers, unless we state otherwise.
