Xtrackers MSCI Europe Utilities
European thematic companies
Details
ETF description
This ETF is designed to give investors exposure to shares of utilities companies in Europe — that means it holds stocks of firms that provide essential services such as electricity, gas and water across developed European countries. Its aim is to reflect the performance of a specific index of European utilities companies that meet certain environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria, so only companies that pass these screening standards are included in the group of holdings.
Because this ETF concentrates on a specific industry — utilities in Europe — its value will generally move in line with how that sector performs, which can be affected by factors such as energy demand, regulation, costs of service delivery and broader economic conditions.

ETFs have spreads and annual charges and come with risks like market volatility, liquidity, and concentration, and may not always accurately track their index. Past performance and forecasts are not reliable indicators of future results. The value of your investments, including any income, can rise or fall. You may get back less than you originally invested.
