iShares Core £ Corporate Bond
Global corporate bonds
Details
ETF description
This ETF invests in bonds issued by companies rather than governments. Bonds are a form of borrowing in which companies raise money from investors and, in return, make regular interest payments and repay the original amount at a set future date. The companies included in this ETF are generally large and established businesses that are considered to have relatively strong credit quality, meaning they are viewed as more likely to meet their debt obligations. The ETF follows a broad index of corporate bonds that are issued in GBP. These bonds come from companies across a range of sectors, such as financial services, utilities, telecommunications, and industrial businesses. This ETF may be relevant for investors who want exposure to company‑issued bonds rather than government debt.

ETFs have spreads and annual charges and come with risks like market volatility, liquidity, and concentration, and may not always accurately track their index. Past performance and forecasts are not reliable indicators of future results. The value of your investments, including any income, can rise or fall. You may get back less than you originally invested.
