Details

ETF description

This ETF is an actively managed bond fund investing in investment grade corporate bonds from issuers around the world. The strategy combines fundamental credit research with systematic tools to select bonds, and is a pure investment grade approach — it does not hold high yield bonds or other off‑benchmark securities. The fund aims to outperform the global investment grade corporate bond market while maintaining a low level of risk relative to its benchmark.

This ETF might appeal to investors looking for diversified exposure to higher‑quality corporate debt, whether to generate income, reduce overall portfolio volatility, or balance equity holdings. As with all bond funds, its value will be sensitive to changes in interest rates and the creditworthiness of the companies whose bonds it holds.

Issuer details

Schroders is a British multinational asset manager founded in 1804, headquartered in London and listed on the FTSE 100, with over GBP 700 billion in assets under management. Schroders is one of the world’s leading active investment managers, with expertise spanning equities, fixed income, multi‑asset and alternatives. The firm launched its first active ETFs in Australia in 2016 and brought its active ETF range to Europe in 2025, making flagship institutional strategies — including its $24 billion QEP Global Core equity strategy — available in a UCITS ETF format.

Index details

The fund does not track an index; it targets returns above the global investment grade corporate bond market. Its performance can be compared against the Bloomberg Global Aggregate Corporate Index, which measures the performance of investment grade, fixed‑rate corporate bonds issued in major currencies by companies across developed and emerging markets.

Returns may be affected by currency fluctuations.

ETFs have spreads and annual charges and come with risks like market volatility, liquidity, and concentration, and may not always accurately track their index. Past performance and forecasts are not reliable indicators of future results. The value of your investments, including any income, can rise or fall. You may get back less than you originally invested.

Some ETF issuers featured on our platform pay InvestEngine a fee for joint marketing activities. These arrangements are commercial in nature and help support the creation and promotion of educational content and ETF investing. All ETFs available on our platform are subject to our standard due diligence process and the arrangements do not influence product placement or the portfolio construction decisions made in discretionary portfolios, which remain aligned to the stated investment strategy and objectives.
